Urban Armor Gear makes tough case for your phone

I received a phone case to review for this blog post, no further compensation. Opinions, as always, are 100% my own.

Are you brave enough (or crazy enough) to carry your cellular device without a case or cover? I hate to admit that for YEARS I did just that. I had expensive phones with no coverings…no protection at all. Earlier this year my luck ran out. A freak accident and my phone found itself lying on a ceramic tile floor with a spider web-looking screen and scratched backside…and it was only six months old. Sigh…and then there was Urban Armor Gear.

And, now I have learned my lesson albeit the hard way. Through this process, I discovered a case that I love and it won’t break the bank! Sometimes product reviews come at just the right time!

Urban Armor Gear phone and device cases come in lots of colors and styles so there’s something for every need and every person. They are rugged, and yet they look professional. And, tough? Yes sir. Here’s the lowdown:

  • Armor shell and impact resistant soft core
  • Feather-light composite construction
  • Oversized tactile buttons
  • Easy access to touchscreen and ports
  • Scratch resistant skid pads and screen surround
  • Meets military drop-test standards (MIL STD 810G 516.6)

Urban Armor Gear

That last bullet point, about the military drop-test standards, assures consumers that these cases have undergone rigorous testing so that your everyday bumps and even hard drops won’t harm your phone or other device. Another thing that I love is the 360 degree protection from scratches and so forth thanks to a rubberized screen and skid pads.

I have priced all kinds of cases and Urban Armor Gear is very competitive. In fact, the white case that fits my iPhone 6 Plus retails for only $39.95! Take a few moments and browse their web site for more information and to find a protective covering for your device!
